The veterinary group has been praised for their compassionate and kind treatment of clients and their pets. They are known for their quick response to urgent appointments and for their exceptional care, even in difficult situations like euthanasia. The group has a local office in Fortuna, which is convenient for clients. Despite the high demand for their services, the staff is helpful and takes the time to address all of the clients' questions.
All of the veterinarians and techs are so knowledgeable and friendly. We've been taking our pets there for 13 years, now. They have performed many different surgeries with great outcomes. They been there when we've had to say goodbye to a beloved pet. The compassion that we were shown was comforting during our time of loss. Thanks to all of the veterinarians, techs, & staff at both, the Fortuna & Ferndale Veterinary Clinics. You all...ROCK!
Love Humboldt Vet Med Group! The vets and everyone else there are amazing. Friendy, helpful, and compassionate. They've taken great care of my entire family's pets over the years. Most notably, they talked me through the pros and cons of the tough decision of removing my cat, Bit's, eye. The surgery and after care done with incredible support for her and me. Would recommend either office to anyone for their best 4 legged friends!!
Best animal doctors around! They took my friends little dog right in for an emergency when no one else would. The doctors and all the staff were super friendly and showed genuine concern for her dog and her. They even found a way to discount her visit and took on both of her dogs as new patients. We were in and out in about an hour. I am very grateful not only for their professionalism but for their understanding that our pets are precious family members to us. Thank you Fortuna Veterinary Clinic! You are a surprisingly wonderful breath of fresh air in a world of doubt.
