The appointment setter and Daniel were really helpful and professional. Daniel was awesome working with a customer's mom, doing a great job educating about termites and services provided. They don't just spray & leave, they will tell you what to do to avoid problems. If there's a breakthrough issue between servicing, they come out to deal with it for free. The technicians are polite & respectful of your house. The spray is safe around my cats & birds.
