With three stylists in the shop. It took them 62mins to go through 5 hair cuts, and had an additional 7x waiting to get a hair cut. One stylist took 3x 15min breaks. We don’t have the ability to spend the entire day waiting on these folks. Please hire someone who will work.To frame the time. Ticket pulled at 1140. By 1420 still hadn’t received a hair cut, but ate lunch, went to the commissary and stocked the fridge and still had an hr wait.

It takes truly forever because the employees walk out of the shop after every cut. One of them even just stood there staring off in the distance with 3 of us just waiting for her to stop daydreaming. Worst barber shop I've ever been to.

This place asks that you make an appointment with them online due to how busy they can get. So, you do that, wait around all day for your appointment time and when you arrive you find out that the person you schedule an appointment with, is not even on the schedule to work that day. Then they ask you if you want to schedule another appointment? No, I do not! What I want is to get a haircut with the person I scheduled it with for the day and time that I originally selected. This place has horrible ownership/management as they could not even call me to tell me that the person I selected was not going to be in for the day.
