We were here less than 3 weeks when we our beloved cat needed a vet last minute. Long story short, they got us in right away and with their support, we made the devastating decision to let her go! They were so kind and empathetic to us during this difficult time, and a week later, they surprised us with a condolence card, signed by the staff along with her paw prints!!

I had to recently put my best friend down do to distemper. The staff here were more helpful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable then I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for Toast it means the world to me!
Great for routine care! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The scale is in the lobby if you need to weigh your pet. Not for emergencies, go off post to Victorville or Apple Valley for that. Keep in mind that, like every other business on post, they don’t have a huge staff so aren’t always available to answer the phone the first time you call.
