Amazing customer service, great hair cuts, they make sure they give you exactly what you want and are amazingly friendly about it. Only con is tips are via cash app venmo ect so if your a person like me and doesn't use that, have cash on you for tip.
The shop just reopened about 3 weeks ago and under new management. The place looks and feels welcoming. Just got a cut from Hanna. I asked for short layers, and she did exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with my hair and will be going back. Tip could not be included in the cc charge. They do accept other payments for tipping.
I came in with my hair down past ny waist, I got Erin who was really friendly, professional and meticulous. She checked her work as she went along and did overall and amazing job, she did everything I asked her to do and it came out great. I highly recommend Erin when it comes to hair cutting services.
