about 2 years ago the Scotty and Devin replaced our washer and dryer. the spa that had been here before Rise and Be Well suffered a laundry fire that did great damage. It is actually a more common issue in spas than you might imagine. Massage oils can ignite and cause danger damage. Thanks to these consummate professionals and our own standards of cleanliness and safety, Rise and Be Well remains a 100% fire free spa. Thank you!!
'Twas the day before Thanksgiving and we awoke to no water. North Coast was out before 9:30 AM and had us fixed up in less than 2 hours. What could have been a very sad (and turkeyless holiday) was avoided. No trouble at all awarding them 5 stars.
