I went in because I was having issues with my phones charging port. Alberto was very nice even when my phone unexpectedly began charging normally again. If you have any phone issues, I’m sure this guy can help. While he didn’t actually need to fix my phone, he made the experience very pleasant.

Tech Alberto was great with us. Fixed two water damaged phones and sold an Apple watch to my wife. Patient and willing to have us back for follow up help. He is a busy guru who does a fine service in downtown Fort Bragg.

I had cracked my iPhone 11 Pro screen just as a left to visit family in the area. I imagined having to leave my phone somewhere for a day or so - a painful thought. His shop was supposed to close at 5 p.m. and I showed up at 4:50 p.m. and he fixed it immediately. Took maybe 15-20 minutes - I just went window shopping around the block. Simple. He was also very hospitable with his space. Real sweet, friendly guy. A real pro.
