Wish their hours were longer, sounds like they only want parttime work! Can't get in, can't get an appointment, but their recording at least tells you to go out of town for a 24hr vet.

First, they spent less than five minutes on our dog’s first annual physical exam.Second, this vet tried forcing us to fill our dog’s prescription at the clinic, which is illegal in California. They quoted us nearly $100 for giardia medication. CVS filled the prescription for $10.15!Last, the vet retaliated against our decision to fill our prescription elsewhere. I was informed the vet wouldn’t care for our dog anymore. Again, that’s illegal.

Open M-F. NOT 8 to 5 as indicated on web page but 8 to 4:30 and closed between 11am and 1pm M-F. Total time per day available to clients? NOT 9 hours as indicated on web page but only 6 hours. NOT open on Sat and Sun and most legal holidays. NOT how it appears on web page. ABSOLUTELY NO after hour emergency services which is NOT how it appears on web page. After hours emergencies are referred to Santa Rosa, and/or Rohnert Park which is NOT how it appears on web page. Services indicated cut back, ie. NO dentistry, exrays, pain medications for suffering pets. Services offered are NOT as they appear on web page.
