Dr. Kline’s office provides an excellent experience. Melissa tuned in immediately to the style of glasses and found a style that would work for the face. She knows her inventory of glasses. The staff is very professional and cordial. Gabrielle was very pleasant and friendly, and Nathan was polite and extremely capable. Dr. Kline, as always, was kind, efficient, and helped with eye care needs. Jacqueline was the icing on the cake—so fun, so personable, so helpful. She knew her inventory, was attentive, and found the right size and shape glasses. Dr. Kline is a careful and observant optometrist. Her staffers are always skillful and easy to work with. The office is organized and reliable with a fine selection of glasses. The system is very good with several staff well organized to get you through the process. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Exams are always thorough and the explanations are appreciated. Five stars for sure.
