Really fantastic pc repair shop, took in my pc one day and then the very next day had it fixed with no problem and able to determine what was wrong right away and with resonable pricing for a overall great experience

Jason Marion / Computer Rescue has rescued me and my computers several times over the last ~10 years. He's a very skilled and completely trustworthy IT analyst, advisor, and repairer. He communicates clearly, takes my financial and usage priorities into account, is up to date on all the things I don't want to be up to date on, and makes suggestions clearly. Most recently, (September 2024) he helped me figure out which laptop would make the most sense for me; ordered it, and set it up for me. Jason answers and responds promptly, was a knowledgeable, clear & direct communicator, and instantly available to help me retrieve photos from a nearly dysfunctional hard drive. He was able to troubleshoot issues and overcome challenges to save almost all of my children’s “baby photos.” I couldn’t be more grateful! Incredibly professional, skilled, and affordable.
