“The day after our septic system backed up and was pumped, we contacted Sonoma Landworks. Patrick took time out from a busy schedule that same day to stop by our home. He spent over 90 minutes walking us through our current septic box and leach lines, explaining areas of concern, and options to consider for repair or replacement. Patrick explained the need for a design contractor to help locate and determine viability of leach line distribution boxes (or options for new ones), as well as needed permits and timelines for any work that is undertaken. He was candid and upfront with cost range, and offered up other company names which do similar work as Sonoma Landworks to ascertain best pricing. We were impressed - and first impressions do have impact. Our thanks to Patrick for explaining the many different aspects to upgrading our septic system - and on short notice!“
