I had a shower handle break and contacted Pfister customer service. They no longer had the original model but worked with me to find a "close enough" replacement. They shipped it right away with no charge under warranty. The new handle fit perfectly and looks good. The total time from my first inquiry to receiving the part was less than two weeks. At every step their service was prompt and helpful. Excellent service department!

I am an engineer and a compliance engineering inspector. We purchased a new house near California coast with Price Pfister products throughout the house. The builder did the most favor to the buyers by installing the Price Pfister in the kitchen, sinks and showers. The products have quality life expand and Price Pfister company has been a class act company by providing warranty parts and technical issues support instruction. I am a HOA board members as well.
