Wendy was great. Explained every step of the process and as a nurse I appreciated the effect it had on my nerves. I was re-piercing after a botched prior one,so I was scared of the pain of the needle. Told Wendy I’ll be back to switch my jewelry. She has comforting vibes
Wendy is a sweetheart- I had an appointment for a septum jewelry change and she also helped me with measuring for a nose chain. She is very friendly and the environment is very calm :)
This place is a HIDDEN GEM !! Knocked out and missed my appointment, let them know I was going to be late after the fact that I was already late, AND THEY STILL TOOK ME! Wendy did my ear piercing and she was very smooth and very gentle with the process. 10/10 would come back again!
