When I first went to my body sculpting session I wasn't sure what was going to occur. I had been working out for over a year and had stubborn body fat on my lower abdomen area. Denise was so amazing, she really wanted to help me tackle this little area of insecurity. She your used various methods and after my third session I seen my result. I love going for treatments and definitely do my part to keep up my results.

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Denise Hernandez. As your body wellness expert, I specialize in FDA-certified body sculpting and contouring, and am licensed through the National Med Spa Association (NMSA) and certified through various accredited organizations. I’m a mother of three wonderful boys and wife to my high school sweetheart. I’m also a certified personal trainer, and a fitness competitor. My passion is to help others feel and look their best from the inside out. Which is what inspired me to provide a safe space where anyone can come and get the help they need to reach their body wellness goals. All services and treatments are customized to reach each client’s individual needs. I share this space with all of you ✨?
