Usually this office is great, however it seems like the front desk staff and intake nurses have an issue with their job. I saw the staff rushing patients who are ALREADY getting up and moving the first time their name was called to move faster, this is where sick people go to feel better, they're going to move like sick people do. In addition, the intake staff in specific (the ones who take the co-pay and insurance info) are incredibly rude, almost always on their phone and short tempered. I am very happy with our experience here. Unfortunately, as my wife was prepping a salad using a mandolin, she sliced the tip of her finger damn near off. We live two minutes from here and recall driving by before so we decided to come here first. We arrived mid day on a Saturday and the place is very clean. There were maybe 4 other people waiting but they saw us quickly since my wife’s finger was bleeding pretty bad. The front desk lady was very nice and fast getting us checked in. The PA named Lela Grayson was so good, she made my very nervous wife feel calm even while administering shots and doing her stitches. Super rude. No one at the front desk. I called many times no one answered, I didn’t know if there is someone working. My daughters are having fever I tried to open the door and called… then I jumped inside and saw some assistant. She said they had a boy there and I said I am sorry, I didn’t know if someone work today, so I went outside to wait. Then they refused to treat my daughters and even threatened me they can call police to arrest me. Merry Christmas. This kind of big festival here and the nurses are so mean and refuse to treat my fever daughter. I was surprised and insisted them to call the police.
