Honestly didn’t have much hopes for this place.
But I was wrong.
I just wanted to get a physical over with and picked the closest to my house.
The ladies drawing blood, taking your blood pressure are so nice and my doctor is the sweetest lady I’ve ever had.
They actually set up appointments to go over your results….Ive never had that before.
So I’m glad I found something close to home.
Every time i come here with my husband, the girls up front ALWAYS have an attitude. thankfully this isn't my primary doctor but unfortunately it is my husbands, i like his doctor and the nurses because they make him feel comfortable but the ladies in front can choke! they're so rude and unprofessional, they seem like they always want to start problems with people coming in. i seen them deny a lady of her medication for her seizures and then mocked her after she left. so rude and disgusting. i hope they are replaced by people who actually enjoy helping patients and actually LIKE their job. (Citrus location) I will be reporting them once i find out all necessary information to do so.
2.4 stars I’m not sure if it’s with the same employees because let me tell You from beginning to start this place is professional & accurate! I’m 38 with artificial hips and have been through so many x rays and mri’s appointments more then you can probably think of and by far Karina,Xochilt & Nurse Ty Nguyen are so nice and professional. They get you in as fast as possible you can literally see their natural will to help people all over the face and energy!.. One of the best medical experiences ever!! 10 Star if I could!..??? God Bless Unicare Fontana! Ty!!!
