Smiling Feet/Reflexology Massage offers a clean environment, although some minor improvements could be made. The two massage therapists are highly praised for their skills, with Michel's soft hands and Selena's excellent legwork being particularly notable. Many customers mention that the massages are relaxing and effective, often relieving muscle soreness and tightness. Prices are reasonable, and customers appreciate the overall service, which can include a full massage with the reflexology package. It is advised to call ahead for longer sessions, as walk-ins may experience varying wait times. A minimum tip of $10 is expected, and customers are highly recommended to Michel and Selena. While the atmosphere is not fancy and some find the staff less friendly, possibly due to language barriers, the quality of the massages leaves customers feeling happy and refreshed. This place is great for couples and is noted for its cleanliness and professionalism.

I really appreciated that this place was able to accommodate us for an hour couples massage at 8:30 PM, even though they close at 9. That level of flexibility meant a lot, and the staff was very kind and welcoming when we arrived.

The only thing I would note is that the environment was a bit noisier than I expected, since the spaces are separated by curtains rather than fully enclosed rooms. There was some background noise from conversations and end-of-day cleaning, which made it a little harder to fully relax… read full review

Michelle gave a wonderful massage. But waiting outside the room as I got dressed with the guy from the front desk is ridiculous. I thought something happened. Reading the reviews might be why. I assume they have issues with wanting tips. I was most definitely going to tip but can I get out the massage area first and open my wallet. They need to work on that.
