Dr Rick has done a wonderful job helping me with my back. He made me feel comfortable with talking about my issues and made great suggestions to relieve any pain I had. His insight to all areas of my body were very helpful. Dr. Rick is the best there is in his field. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and all of them have had good intentions and provided satisfactory results but fall short when compared to Southridge Chiropractic. Dr. Rick goes above and beyond to clearly explain his process and diagnosis with you in an easy to understand format. His knowledge and care for his patients is second to none! This should be your first place and line of defense for any back or joint pain before anything else.

Been going to see Dr. Lindwall since my children were small and we couldn't live without him. He has adjusted the boys and us for many sports, work and everyday injuries. He's become a part of our wellness program. I highly recommend him him for all your wellness needs. He's highly knowledgeable about how to get you back on the healthy body side of life. We also get massages on a regular basis and would recommend those services to keep your body moving smoothly.
