First time coming here and I loved how DK did my eyebrows. She took her time to shape them and clean them. She was able to arch my eyebrows and made them look even. She was also polite. Good customer service. Will continue to come here.
they never fail! I stopped going to other wax & threading places because of how good they all are! I don't have one specific esthetician because they all really do a great job, every.single.time!!
Been coming here for years. For the first time today I had an issue. The lady waxing my underarms burned my skin! The wax was so hot! She didn't prep my skin prior to laying wax. I think she was having a bad. She proceeds to tell me if I have cash. (I pay with Apple Pay and tip cash) after I told her I'm paying with Apple Pay, she says "next time you need to bring cash because we accept tips." The first and last time I let her wax me!
