Natural Nails

Good customer service, and service, but the shape of my nails was different from the ones I have. I have coffin shape and they left 2 nails square, and 1 bigger than the rest. I did mentioned to her, and it cut the lenght of the nail but still longer and square.

it is 9:58am on a Monday and I am waiting outside because there is no one here. It states online that they open at 9:30am.There is no schedule with times on the door/window either.This is so irresponsible… & it isn’t the first time either that they are late.

I’ve been going here for several months now after two years of searching and I never have broken nails or lifted corners or any problems with my nails they do what I ask them to do even if they’ve never heard or seen the designs before. I love them!! And inwouldn’t go anywhere else now
