To be honest this place is a great place for a gal like me on the go. Johnny lashes has been in my opinion the best place for lashes. They articulate their own style in lashes making them unique and beautiful. Been with them for 10 years and love there prices and always attentive to my needs. Highly recommend them

First of all, they sent you a text to pay your deposit for your appointment the following day to send it during your work hours and they only give you like an hour and not even 30 minutes to answer it. People do have lives and they do have priorities can’t wait for the day to end or the end of the day I know, you do the deposit and they still are not considerate they give you a grace period cuz u may have a a detour because they don’t have kids there. Whatever it is you call to tell them that you’re gonna be late and they still don’t considerate . This place has at least one outstanding person that I have experienced with lash extensions however the inconvenience of their payment method stinks. First a Zelle or CashApp payment is required to make an appointment and the balance is required to be paid in Cash before the service. Not sure why the Zelle and CashApp isn’t good enough on site if was good enough for the scheduling. I never have received a receipt for the full cost of any service so I question why???? The lady manager or owner has interacted with me on occasion and seems to have a chip on her shoulder waiting for a fight.
