Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend

After having a terrible experience at the salon across the street (Super Nails — see my review there), I came here hoping for better. The salon was empty, which in hindsight, should have been a red flag. Still, the woman at the front was polite and eager to help. I explained clearly that I wanted a fill-in only, to preserve the existing design I had. She assured me it was doable and even quoted a lower price than what I was previously offered, so I agreed to proceed.

I used to go here so frequently but then prices went up suddenly and service wasn’t great. not only do my cuticles get cut often here but I also got a manicure that looked like it was done for less than what I payed for. The nail tech didn’t even ask what shape i wanted or how long i wanted them

THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE ACRYLIC NAILS. I asked them to remove my acrylics because i didn’t want to damage my nail bed and they literally grabbed a new acrylic nail from the box and proceeded to scrape off my very thick acrylic nails, after soaking them for 5 minutes. I had to ask the man to use the drill which he refused at first, and had me complaining “ow!” Every 2 seconds. When he finally decided to use it he shaved it off very little and continued to incorrectly do it. A month later my nail bed is still damaged. I could have done it better at home.
