Lorena is an amazing and extremely compassionate woman. She assisted me with the transfer of my father's ashes and her empathy cannot be matched! I highly recommend Lorena for your service needs. Jessica and Maislyn at Fontana Mortuary were a blessing to our family. From the first conversation to the final moments of the service, they showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Their calm presence and thoughtful coordination made a difficult experience feel lighter. They listened closely to our wishes, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured every detail was handled with care. Their kindness brought comfort to us during a difficult and emotional time, and the service they helped create was truly meaningful. We are deeply grateful for everything they did.
The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because there were some slight issues and a bit slow on service. Over all tho the staff was helpful and we had a good send off for my grandmother
