RUN. Don't walk -- RUN AWAY from Final Touch. This company is, in my opinion, a total disaster. I wouldn't trust them to assemble a cardboard box, let alone touch your home. We were referred to them by someone we trusted, but in hindsight, that recommendation should've come with a warning label. I spent around $7,000 on an electric gate and a small side gate. My mother-in-law? She spent $50,000 remodeling multiple kitchens and bathrooms and "repairing" an A/C system. And not one -- not ONE -- project was done right. I was introduced to Final Touch by SunPower, the solar panel company. My entire roof and detached garage needed the underlayment replaced before the installation of solar panels. Final Touch is a family-owned & operated company that has done many roofing projects with SunPower as a sub-contractor. In the beginning the work didn't start well, but after several texts and emails, especially with Louie, the project was completed very well and the cost was very competitive. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and even the inspector from LA Dept Building & Safety told me that the roofers did a very good job!
