Chris has been absolutely amazing in helping us with our new glasses. The service has been top-notch, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I’ve already brought three people with me because of how great the experience has been. Marco is also wonderful — he always greets us with a smile and helps guide us exactly where we need to go. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding, and I highly recommend them!

The knowledge and smooth transition of services make for a timely and very efficient process of choosing frames and also making the exam itself not so routine and rehearse. Even if nothing has changed over time or if even a fraction of your test was different it was addressed in a way that left no wonder to the issue or concern and prompt response and followup could and would be in motion for you to get solutions to them.

I recommend your office to others and love the staff and the overall customer experience you guys provide. Kudos to professionalism and fun at the same time.
