Good work but customer service sucks. Avila got something up his a$$. I had a very disappointing experience at Envisions Tattoo. The customer service was terrible--staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, when he called to make sure I showed up to the appointment he sound forced like he didn't wanna do the job which made the entire visit frustrating. At that point I couldn't cancel because I already had paid my deposit, and it's non returnable. Based on this experience, I would never return to this place. I hope they've improved since then, but I cannot recommend them based on what I went through.

DO NOT COME HERE. I gave my deposit to the tattoo artist that goes by tattoos by JR on IG, he never showed up to my appointment, he never contacted me to reschedule. When I contacted him to reschedule he kept stringing me along, I asked for my deposit back was told he would refund me back this was two weeks ago and I still have not received my deposit back. What a big thief, he’s keeping my hard earned money that he obviously didn’t earn so again do not come to this place. Very poor customer service!Service: Tattoos
