    I workout about 20 hours a week so my body is full of knots and kinks. I am also very muscular. Today Leo provided my massage. First time a male massaged me — he was excellent. He surveyed my mobility and spine flexibility and zoned in on the areas that I knew I was stiff or loss some mobility. He worked on mobility and stretched me in addition to massaging me. Excellent sports or athletic intervention. I recommend to big muscular people or athletes in general!!!!!! Thank you Leo!!!
