No problem with doctor she did a great job But the gentleman in the frame department Made an error on my prescription. Maybe because I wasn't going to buy the frame there. Lucky for me I went back to the office after I left and asked If the prescription written was for progressive lenses Like I asked the doctor. Seems like the gentleman that copied that prescription and hand it to me Left that part out. "I forgot got that" He forgot, if I would of order that prescription I wouldn't of gotten what I wanted, I would of returned to that optometrist and complained and would of they done something about it. I'll never know.
All my life I have always worn glasses, I have terrible vision and I have never liked an optometrist office more than here.I have been coming here for most of my life at least 15 years if not more. Everytime I come I feel welcomed and feel like the staff truly cares about making your experience a great visit.Dr. Nguyen is amazing ! She is very knowledgeable in any eye concerns you may have and cares about your health vision. She strives to make sure your eyes are healthy and you are able to see clearly. She is the only OD I trust with my eyes, I will continue coming to her for as long as I am able to for all my vision needs.Various insurance is accepted here and the assistants...read full review
Doctor was slightly disrespectful/rude on the first visit so I asked if they had another doctor for my second visit and was told yes but got the same doctor, honestly felt a little uncomfortable. I have an issue but I won't be going back. This older lady that helped me pick frames was so nice and helpful, or else I'd give 2 stars.
