Major time consumer for LTL carriers, the main gate is constantly crowded and you have to block the traffic, after entering your info in the iPad you're still ask the same information at the window and after getting loaded you still have to go back to the office and get in line for your paperwork work.

Checking office is great, front desk lady has a horrible attitude. As soon as I asked her a question she responded rude and aggressive. Been here multiple times and all driver complain about her. Needs to be fixed asap.

I had appointment at 11 am showed up 10:36 am i see there was guys with later appointments in line. They got the door right away but when i try to check in somehow they changed the appointment or they swapped it with someone and made wait there 2 pm. On top of that check in women’s were very rude making things up and behaving very rudely. They need some professional staff. People they have right now don’t know what’s customer service is.
