Had a 12 hour delivery window 8 am to 8 pm for 2 easy chairs from Amazon I drove 100 miles to get to my vacation home by 8 waited all day and was informed by Amazon site that they attempted delivery at 5pm They never showed and this was scheduled on May 12. Not willing to wait 12 more hours with a busy day and leaving at 6am the following day Never even a phone call Makes you wonder about Anazon too worse customer service ever

This place its getting out of hand we’re house supervisors they’re like to keep drivers because it’s slow they’re care about 8 hours shift every driver please sand complain CEO the management don’t care anymore

unsolved problems here still 1.u will never get ur load same time 2.phone calls ? 3.if u have ceva truck and u get out bobtail coming back problem, If u dont have load, they will tell u to go truck stop, they don't even respect their drivers 4.high value loads their putting (wires) outside the trailer, they are risky drivers .
