Ceva Logistics is an overall ok place to deliver. The dispatch team is nice and helpful. Drivers are very friendly and do a fantastic job, with deliveries arriving on time and in perfect condition. However, truckers often wait 3-4 hours minimum for unloading. The facility is pretty easy to navigate with a phone at the gate and a public bathroom. Yard hostlers will work with you if you need help.
Zero stars to this place arrived 1330 to get loaded and left at 0130 next day. WOW. No other trucking companies only their own. Somone need to address this stuff! Team driving now I’m late to my drop off in DFW hope facility is opened there at night on Friday!! Just wow!!
This place wastes your time. They don’t give you your load even when it’s ready. They lie and say they will call you, but they never do. The staff are also rude and unprofessional. This is the worst Ceva I’ve ever been to.
After you check in they ask you to drop your trailer and get out of facility and wait for a call, after spending 16 hrs in here without anyone having the decency to update me about my load(tried several times and they said to wait for that call) they CANCELLED my load but nobody told me anything I had to push them to update me about it( I could tell load got cancelled hrs ago) places like this shouldn’t run a business and they should be hold accountable for their mediocrity… DO NOT COME HERE YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
