Very unethical nurses working at this facility, walked in the get a check up and it took them 5 hours to take me to the back. Called days after for help getting a referral and a week has passed and they have not done the referral. All of the nurses are on their phone the whole time while at work and if you call them they put you on hold and forget that you called and leave you on hold till you call again. Very unprofessional staff here, questioning if they are even qualified to be nurses.

This is by far Thee WORST facility I have ever come across. My elderly mom has waited up to 4hrs for a fasting lab test to be done, practically fainting with 0 compassion from the office. Just alot of eye rolls.. Just waiting for her specialist referrals to be completed and We Are Out Of There!!

I took my son today because he was sick all week and had fever all week as well got there 9:15 am waited total 4 hours all they did was check his weight and blood pressure then told to come back after lunch the doctor didn't even see my son he wasn't feeling good either even took a nap in the waiting area I will not be going back at all
