Just had Noel from Baseline out to our house. Very prompt response and called to say he could come earlier than expected. No extra charge for the weekend. He thoroughly assessed our situation and found the issue. We were so afraid it was going to be a huge expensive problem but he figured out what we needed and it was very reasonable. He also is familiar with Nest thermostats and was extremely knowledgeable about how they work and are wired. In addition he was wearing a nice uniform, mask (quarantine time) and wore shoe covers while in the house. Super happy with today’s service: professional, responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again.
