We've been going here for 10+ years. Hector and Mayra are great. This last visit I was very unhappy though. We waited more then an hour and Yahira and Betty I believe is her name took people 2 who just walked in and not my daughter. Then they said they wouldn't take her because they closed at 4. Both these women are very unprofessional. Yahira has been dismissive to me before because I don't speak Spanish fluently.

On the door the schedule says they open at 9am everyday of the week. I got here at 8:55am and literally had to wait until 9:21am until somebody showed up to open the doors. This is not the first time that’s happened.
