I had been going here for many many years and loved it. Recently they got a newer girl a while back. She's always on the phone talking while pulling on the string and butchered my eyebrows and made them bleed as well. I gave her the benefit of doubt. Came back a few times after and same thing happened minus the bleeding. Unfortunately the times I have gone my normal eyebrow tech hasn't been there.

Do not get your eyebrows done with the lady on chair 1. She was chewing her gum so loudly in my ear, left my eyebrows extremely thin and left a big bald spot in the middle of my eyebrow. Wait for Monica or Sara, they're the best.

I was just in today. I told the lady I want to grow them out and she did them too thin and short she did not listen they just do whatever they want did a completely different shape then what I had. I so upset especially with the holidays. So annoyed
