“Hands down Amazing” Regina is so Awesome. I went to another tax preparation company and they told me that I owed again this year. I left and googled tax offices now open and this one came up.i was shocked because they were open so late. Regina answered the phone and said it was okay for us to come. She helped me fill out my form for work, and got us back refunds. I am so happy that I took the chance. The office is so kind and friendly everyone there was so nice.
I have been coming here for over 12 years. Regina is so helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. My kids even enjoy coming with us to file our taxes. They have snacks and beverages. The night we went it was getting late. Regina bought us all pizza. She is so kind she has a beautiful personality although she was working by herself she made sure to be attentive and reassuring everyone that they would be helped. I highly recommend this place.
I normally don’t do reviews. In this case it’s a must. My Wife and I were referred to Regina by a Family Friend years ago. We kept going to our CPA (scared to change) but Last year we owed over 7k in Both Federal and State taxes so decided it’s time for a new CPA. We made an appointment with Regina to help us not only did she get us a refund she also amended our 23 and 24 taxes and we received over 5 thousand dollars back. The IRS literally sent us a check back from paying them. Regina was so nice, intelligent and helpful. The prices are very fair. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
