Ronni is very sweet and easy to converse with while getting your wax. She’s very knowledgeable and is quick to answer any questions you might have about the procedure.
The one thing I have is that the wax is a little hot at times when applying, but if you kindly mention the temperature, she is quick to wait for it to cool down slightly. Overall a great waxing experience.

I had an amazing first facial with Ronni last month! She created such a calm and welcoming environment, which made the entire experience so enjoyable. Ronni took the time to assess my skin and customize the facial to address my specific concerns. Her attention to detail and expertise left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and glowing. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my skin since then and can’t wait to go back for another session. If you’re looking for a professional and personalized facial, I highly recommend Ronni!

Today I had the most wonderful facial with Ronni! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, she was also a delight to speak with throughout my service. If you’re not one for chatter, never fear, Ronni’s intake form has a space to enter your ideal conversation (or lack there of) during treatment, and I have no doubt it would be just as luxurious of a service.

Ronni also went above and beyond to treat me in the evening to accommodate my schedule, as well as to give me peace from the LA fires that displaced me from home. I wish I lived locally and could see her more often—do not sleep on the opportunity to visit Wonderer Skincare & Waxing!
