Time and again, Sutter Urgent Care has been the most helpful. Once for a sinus infection, then a few Covids, FLUs and RSV. Dr Shea is the most knowledgeable, affectionate and caring doctor that we see in this area. The front desk staff is always good and so are the NPs and other folks. With this urgent care, I get and immense sense of peace and safety. God bless!
This was my third visit to this location and my second visit with Jacob Novick, PA. He has been incredibly helpful to both my daughter and me. I truly can’t say enough positive things about him—he listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns, and made me feel heard and taken seriously. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve had consistently great experiences at this location and would highly recommend it to others.
Sutter Urgent Care in Folsom is a really good urgent care location! I was attended to when I walked in the door, based on my situation. I was attended to by Dr Shea. He is terrific! He gave me information regarding my situation that I had not received from my NP or Gynecologist in the past. I'm grateful that he spent time with me and ordered the labs that I needed. I will use Sutter Urgent Care again if I need medical help.
