Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I went to drop off my physical form as they requested me to do so I could have it signed. I dropped it off with one of the employees there who was kind enough to hand it to the office for me later since they were already closed. She told me they could have it seen within a week or so and would call me as soon as it was signed. I waited about 2 weeks and called the office to check if they had it signed yet and they told me they apparently lost track of my physical exam form but would call me when they found it or to update me on it as soon as they could. After a couple weeks of no response I had to call them myself and they ended up telling me something completely different... read full review

I went to drop off my physical form as they requested me to do so I could have it signed. I dropped it off with one of the employees there who was kind enough to hand it to the office for me later since they were already closed.
