Terrible customer service. Can never make an appointment. Takes a month to try and switch a doctor for an EMERGENCY. Some doctors were very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY. IT IS LIKE AM INSURANCE SCAM***Update: Total cost of my annual visit that should be free based off insurance is now almost $700!!!!!!!In addition to the $375 I already paid I'm also charged another $280 for my annual visit and their finding.‐-------------------------Almost $400 to establish care with this practice. That is crazy to me. First visit was 15 min and cost $375 it was basically me answering questions I could have filled on a paper.

Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.
