During our initial phone call, Mr Bledsoe clearly quoted his cost charged per foot for gutter cleaning. We schedule a service for the next day with an understanding that hat an expected rain might hinder his ability to follow through. When it did in fact rain the next day, he gave me a courtesy call to explain that the rain put him behind on other jobs and would reschedule for my earliest time available. The next morning, he showed up promptly and got the job done.
