I like the Sports theme with sports programming on while I get a haircut. And I Love the MVP option. One suggestion is that it would be great if you also had one of those massage chairs that you sit backwards in while they use the handheld percussion massager on your back and shoulders. On another note, this visit was particularly outstanding because Karina listened to what I wanted and delivered a great haircut! The MVP was one of the best I have ever experienced, and that is saying a lot because I have been a repeat customer for many years. She should be commended for an outstanding customer experience!
