This was absolutely the most ridiculous experience! My sister had given me a $200 gift certificate for Christmas for this place. I originally called to book an appointment June 4th. I didnt hear anything back so I called again on June 18th. I couldn't even leave a message, so I texted. I finally got a response through text (and im actually glad the rest of this is on text messages). She said said she would get back to me later that day but I didnt hear from her until the next day when she texted me at 6 am. I asked if we could speak later since I was getting ready for work. When I moved to Folsom, I was nervous about establishing myself with a new lash artist, having been with my previous girl for over 5 years. But I found Kristin and she is amazing! My lashes always look beautiful and they're so soft and fluffy. I've also gotten a facial service that was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. Very accommodating for appointments and convenient location.
