Last year my family desperately needed to find a rental house after experiencing a house fire. After a month of living in hotels, we had been rejected by almost every rental company because we were considered "a risk" because we have a small Jack Russel Terrier. The rental market was hot and nobody wanted dogs. Then we found a perfect home. It was located nearby and had plenty of space for my family of 4. There was a yard for our dog and most importantly, it wasn't a hotel. I spoke with Janelle on the phone, she was very nice and understanding to our situation. She likes Jack Russels! We walked the property with Natalie and quickly turned in our application. After being accepted, we quickly moved in and had a great experience. If an issue ever came up, they would immediately address it. Broken sprinkers, fixed immediately. After a small plumbing issue, we submitted a trouble ticket on their website and the very next day the issue was resolved. We vacuumed, mopped and wiped down the base boards when we moved out 3 weeks ago. I'm happy to say that this week, our deposit was paid back in full. I would highly recommend Residential Equity Management. I applaud them for taking a chance on us, knowing we could only rent for 1 year, with a dog, in a very hot rental market. They accepted us, without issues or judgement. 5 stars
