This is the 4th or 5th time I've hired Pristine Flooring Restoration and just like every other time, I am so happy with the service that they offer. I booked a carpet cleaning for moving out of our house a couple months in advance and Ray called a couple days before our cleaning date to confirm the time he'd be arriving. I have used Pristine for many years now. After an unfortunate time with a sick animal, I really thought that this may not go well. It was a real mess! However, because of the enzymes spot spray, which begins to remove stains immediately, and the excellent care that Ray takes to do a comprehensive job, I am amazed! Professional, conscientious and caring execution of the desired results, I can't recommend this company more. I am so happy after being cooped up on my house for over 4 months now, I am so delighted that my carpets are clean and sanitary! Thank you Pristine! And they do windows too!
