Eli is the best locksmith we were lucky to find on Yelp! several years ago when we got locked out of our home. He's since been back a couple times and has been very reliable and doing the utmost best to solve our lock issues. Most recently our heavy front door had an issue with the latch bolt getting stuck. Turns out our door and lock were made in China with parts not readily available. He came by about 4 times to figure out a solution. The lock is now fixed and works great. Highly recommend Eli!!
Vendor did not push any new products. He came and replaced locks. His charge for replacing the keys was very competitive. He was able to condense the number of different keys for all of the doors from 5 to 2. He showed us which of our doors were sound and which we should consider replacing. We will definitely call him back.
Eli was very responsive, professional, friendly and helpful. The price was provided upfront and was reasonable for the work performed. Excellent experience and I highly recommend Out Lock Locksmith.
