My friend and I were really looking forward to a relaxing visit at Nails 19, but the front desk didn’t feel very welcoming and the service felt a bit rushed. Overall, the experience didn’t feel as warm or consistent as we’d hoped, and we didn’t feel treated the same as other customers. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Best Nail Salon I’ve ever been to!!! Literally Steven is an amazing technician and the staff is so hospitable. This is my 2nd time to this facility while visiting from Hawaii and I was amazed!! Thank you so much and y’all should visit.

I’ve been going to Nails 19 in Folsom for awhile. This last year I’ve been seeing Kay and she is the sweetest person! She always greets me by name and does an amazing job on my nails!
