I had such a great experience at LaserAway’s Folsom location! Yessenia at the front desk was absolutely amazing and provided the best customer service. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made the entire experience so easy from the moment I walked in. The laser hair removal service itself was surprisingly quick and easy, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was explained well, and the whole visit was such a positive experience. Customer service really makes a difference, and Yessenia definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend LaserAway in Folsom if you’re considering laser hair removal!

I had a great experience at LaserAway Folsom. The whole process was very easy, from scheduling the appointment to getting checked in. The location is very clean, professional, and welcoming.

I had the best experience at LaserAway in Folsom! I was treated by Angela, one of the nurses, and she was an absolute treat. It’s very rare that I feel like I can completely be myself with someone, and Angela was so incredibly kind, personable, and warm throughout my entire treatment. Admittedly, I wasn’t feeling my best before my appointment and needed to make a few adjustments, but Angela and the rest of the team were so accommodating. They truly met me halfway and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and had the best experience possible.
I’m so appreciative of Angela and everyone at the Folsom location. The kindness and care I received… read full review
