A colonoscopy is a medically necessary procedure I have done every 5 years, but it's not one I look forward to. So writing a review about it is not something I would normally do. I'd just want to get it it done and get out of there fast and forget about it.But the experience was so good I thought others out there who are a little bit anxious and apprehensive about their pending procedure might benefit from my comments.Overall, the quality of their service was excellent! It's nice to know there are professionals at the Sierra Endoscopy Center who know just how to make things quick, efficient, through, but most importantly, painless. Hubby had his first colonoscopy and the team here at Folsom Sierra truly has a wonderful system in place to ensure a smooth, friendly and welcome experience. From start to releasing to go home we were treated with a friendly and well informed partnership. I was able to walk in just as my hubby was waking up from his sleep zone and Cassie was very helpful by answering any questions I had. The doctor provided information as well and we never felt pressure or rushed to leave the curtained recovery room. Hi, my name is Elsa. I’ve been with the same doctor twice. He is very nice very kind and also the rest of the people around him. They have this love and compassion for all people and also they do things in the unique it way. I love to see them they running around but they know where they going. OK I am very please with them when I came home I didn’t have no pain no game twice so what I’m trying to say is that they know what they doing and I thank God someone knows what to do especially with the older we get the more sick we get and I’m very pleased that they take care of me and also the nurses are excellent too so it’s the doctor but I don’t remember names....read full review
