Carolyn was great. I walked in thinking I needed to return my second pair of glasses because they didn't fit my face properly. She waved us over and knew exactly how to fix my issues after assessing how they sat on my face. She did further adjustments after a few comments I made and I was stunned. They fit perfectly to my face. She then adjusted my other pair after noticing I wore ear hooks to keep them from sliding down my face. This whole time I thought it was inevitable since my lenses are so thick, no, that's not the case. They were just never adjusted to my face properly. I feel i was talked into getting bifocals on my glasses , they are not working well because of bifocals, wish I had just got lenses without bifocals. I have nothing but good to say about staff, excellent service
